Useful SEO checks.
No monthly bill.
SEO Workbench helps you find practical improvements to a public website. Enter a URL, review the findings and export the details. There is no sign-up or payment.
What it checks
Titles and meta descriptions, duplicate metadata, main headings, canonical URLs, indexing directives, image alt attributes, JSON-LD syntax, mobile viewport and language declarations. It also reports broken links to internal pages fetched in the scan, readable word counts, HTML size and text-to-HTML ratio.
The checklist score is the percentage of fetched pages without an error or warning. It is not a Google ranking score. Short content and text-to-HTML notices are review prompts: adding filler text is not a useful fix.
Keywords and website comparisons
The keyword report reads a Search Console Queries CSV you select. It calculates metrics from the imported rows and lets you filter and export them. The file is processed in your browser tab: it is not uploaded, stored on our server or shared with other visitors. Closing or refreshing the tab clears it. This is an import tool, not a Google account connection or live keyword database.
Website comparison uses two completed audits from this browser. It compares sampled HTML, detected issues and recurring heading terms. It does not estimate competitor traffic, backlinks, authority or search volumes.
Free-use limits
Each audit checks up to 100 pages. A connection can start 3 audits per hour and 12 per day. The service handles up to 2 active audits at once and 100 starts per day in total. If it is busy, please return later.
Keep your audit tab open and visible while the scan runs. Scanning pauses when the tab is hidden; after 15 minutes without progress it expires. Websites may block crawlers or limit requests. The tool respects robots.txt and does not bypass access restrictions. Please only scan websites you are entitled to audit.
What it does not measure
The crawler reads server HTML without running page JavaScript. It does not measure mobile Core Web Vitals, keyword search volumes, backlinks, ranking positions or competitor traffic. A single request time is not a performance score. Page limits, redirects and robots exclusions can leave links unchecked.
Your audit history and privacy
A necessary first-party cookie identifies this browser so you can return to your scans. Your results are not listed for other visitors. Cookie access lasts up to 7 days, and audit records are automatically removed when older than 7 days during subsequent service requests. Clearing cookies loses access to that history. Export anything you want to keep.
To prevent abuse, a keyed hash of your connection address is kept with scan records for the same retention period. The app does not store the original address in those records. Hosting systems may also maintain ordinary security and access logs. The app uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Auditing fetches the submitted site's public pages from our hosting server. The site operator may see our crawler requests. Do not enter private links, login details or confidential query strings. Only public HTTP and HTTPS sites on standard ports are supported.
